Automated Business Concepts reaches out to Carthage community

The Panola County Chamber of Commerce welcomed Automated Business Concepts Inc. into the community at a ribbon cutting on Sept. 19. Based in Shreveport, the family owned business has branched out into Arkansas and Texas. They sell and rent office supplies in name brands such as Ricoh, Canon and Lexmark. Mark George, sales representative at Automated Business Concepts Inc., told the Chamber what the company is about. “We decided we would come over here and reach out to you guys and see if we can’t start doing some business with some of the local businesses around here, because we are about customer service, we are about taking care of the customer,” George said. “Us being family owned, unlike some of the bigger companies... we can do things that some of those companies can’t do. They’re kinda tied down to a script where we’re not. We can kinda cater to the customer.”
